La Spinona (Pietro Berutti) Barbaresco

Stood up for two months and double decant 4 hrs prior. Good fill. Wine looked young when poured. Some mustiness, but a generally sound and alive wine. On the open felt more sharp but mellowed over time. I suspect the wine peaked after 2 hours and drinking it 4 hours was outside the optimal window. Sour raspberry, strawberry, cherry. Cool fruit but tart and borderline sour. Very sleek mouthfeel. Mouth feel and everything else going on, would say 93. But …
