Baracchi Brut Rosé - Metodo Classico

This wine has a nice orange hue to it which suggests some dried fruit character to it. The nose is of red fruit, but is definitely not it's most defining attribute. Early on the tongue are the red fruits that you would expect from sangiovese: tart strawberry and cherry. The middle adds a toasted nutty quality and it finishes with the sweetness you get from dried fruit. Very unique and enjoyable.
