Isento de complexidade relevante , mas muito correto, tendo um estilo moderno sem excessos.. Revelou Frutas vermelhas (ordinárias) e acidez refrescante. RQP bem honesta! Um vinho do dia a dia, despretensioso, melhor se for bebido ligeiramente resfriado e sem muita demora.

Inaugural vintage for this project. Wholly organic DOC from next year, the first in Europe apparently. Concrete only, very bright fruit, great freshness, pure, clean, easy drinking and approachable. Very good.

Interesting! Fresh, unoaked, native yeast, fermented and matured in cement and bottled after just a few months from harvest. Very mineral, herbal, expressive, clean. Delicious wine for pairing with food.

Retailer tasting : This is a new wine if I remember correctly. No oak used. The result is a very pure and clean wine with very fruity and fresh cherries and beautiful fresh acidity and soft tannin. Not very exclusive, but this is certainly a very fine wine.
