Quite evolved, but not over the hill. Deep lambent colour, verging on amber. There's not much fruit left, but there is spicy stem ginger and an acidic backbone. Interesting way to start the evening.

Beautiful golden color with hints of green, bouquet of minerals, crushed rocks, with touch of smoke. Entry has bright yet well integrated acidity with a salinity through the body and really puts it all together. Great effort.
