Roland Tissier et Fils Sancerre

A richer golden colour than I am used to seeing in a Sav B (I do not often drink alot of Sancerre), there is still a tinge of green but its mild. It looks weighty in the glass. Lemon curd, lime, shortbread, peach, pear, and honey suckle on the nose. The body is is medium heavy, acidity still quite high, mouth watering, length is medium long.
