Lean, elegant, precise sour cherries, lithe acidity and persistent fine tannins. A note of tar reminiscent of a young Barolo. Bone dry, well made and food friendly. After 2 hours palate filled out and fruit more prominent, and the tannins. If I drink this again I’ll give it 4 hours decant to get the best from it.
