(Disgorged in February 2021, 100% Pinot Noir from Aÿ, dosage 5 gr/l) Delicious explosion on the nose showing red apples and baked bread in a delicious way. Wonderful showing and opens up in a very pleasant way in the glass. (Probably best 2021-2036)
