Tasted at the winery and then with a bottle we bought. Really a very tasty wine, a classic white Bordeaux blend (72% SB/18% Sem). Great intensity and balance of fruit and acid, one of the top 5 whites we tasted in South Africa (A-).

this is very sophisticated - nose has some floral and taste has acidity softened with a little residual sugar that gives a creamy finish - very nice indeed
