Hmmm, not my fave. Well made, but lacks that enjoyment factor. Nosel: Waxed lemon, almost riesling style, rubbery white peach and mushy white apricots. Classic lemon sherbet (Austin Powers) note hiding in the background. Pal: More weird (Gruner in NZ, to be expected) rubbery stone fruit and waxed lemon rind. Orange blossom sherbet. Quite peachy, hint of honey and petrol. The palate has a ripe, round mouth fill of peach and apricot with a nice savoury finish. Really enjoyed this when expectations were low.
