Domaine de Chatillon Jacquère Vin de Savoie

The nose is cool and slatey, with echoes of freshly cut fruits. There's a wonderfully refreshing neutrality to the wine and it is bone dry and thirst quenching. It is delicate and elegant, weighing in at just 11.5% and sealed with a screwcap.

Appearance: clear medium lemon Nose: clean, medium(-) aroma intensity, secondary, youthful. Lemon, lemon peel. Underripe nectarine. Bread dough. Vanilla? Palate: dry, medium(+) acidity, medium alcohol (11,5%), medium bodied, medium(+) flavour intensity, medium(+) length finish. Secondary. Lemon, lemon peel, underripe nectarine. Pineapple? Quinine/tonic water. Bread dough. Wet stones. Conclusions: very good. Drink now, not suitable for further ageing.
