Good, intense colour with no browning. After 2h, tobacco, chocolate and spice on the nose. Excellent red fruit with well-balanced acidity and tannin. Vanilla, but the oak is well-judged. Great legs. Superb with beef. I tasted this a couple of years ago and it has definitely improved with age.

Not the tannins I expected but a heat on the nose instead. Nothing distinctive on the palate except some mild red berries.
