Nose: unripe berries and beeswax Palate: tart red and blueberries, wax, some slight cream Tasted with: pork loin and veggies Overall: acidity is prominent but good. Somewhat basic but enjoyable. Looking forward the acidity might overwhelm the other flavors or might balance out. Consensus at my house: 86 pounds (84 and 87)
