Gatinois Champagne Grand Cru Brut Millésimé

The older millésimes of Gatinois are quite difficult to find, so we were very happy to come across this bottle (before this we had only tried the most recent vintage, 2011). Beautiful golden color, as always with Louis' wines. Brought this one home from a visit to Gatinois a few years back and with 10 years of age it's still drinking just beautifully!!!

Oro viejo. Nariz intensa, de perfil maduro y goloso, con notas de bollería, chocolate blanco, mantequilla, corteza de limón, algún matiz láctico, nueces. En boca tiene buen ataque, goloso, pasa cremoso, burbuja muy fina, cierto aire oxidativo, largo y bien definido.
