Welcomed with big nose or red and black fruits on the nose. After breathing for ten mins the nose becomes a little thin. Obvious shiraz spice on the platate. Wine only begin to settle down at stabilise after an hour plus. Not as nicely aged as I would expect it to be. Drank from a magnum. Went well with blue cheese.
