Meursault Perrieres blind tasting 1988-2011 : Another wine that had clear oxidative notes. Molasses, sugar cane, good acidity on the palate still but marked from oxidation.

Quite and underwhelming experience. Don’t get me wrong, the wine had no obvious faults but neither had it charm or anything interesting. This is quite disappointing given this premium terroir. Maybe just a phase? TN: There was nothing on the nose. Not after 5 minutes in the glass, not after 3 hours.
