Lovely blue / black fruit up front. Elegant texture, tannins became soft and velvety with age; they were still quite present and lush. Excellent condition at 20yrs old. Well developed but not a hint of tiredness.

Surprisingly fresh red cherry with elements of black coffee, fruit leather, red roses, and spearmint/menthol topnotes. Long finish of fresh red fruit and tannins that coat the mouth.

This was a nice gift from a good friend. In general, this wine is a solid Napa bordeaux blend. However, it is a bit simple and short, with dark fruit, leather and medium acidity.

Aged well. Defined blue fruit with a touch of red fruit to finish. Subtle integrated oak. An elegant offering

NYE Eastman. I thought this would be a big new world wine to go with beef tenderloin and appeal to those dining. True, but actually not as flamboyant as the label and heavy bottle would suggest. I probably would have held my single bottle for another few years.

For the price a big disappointment...nice at $45...pretty standard Cali Cab tastes a bit astringent on the palate, didn't give it much air time but what little nose was there needed a lot of swirling!

Nice ripe red and blue fruit. The petite verdot is really showing its face in this blend. Blueberries, plummy, heady and flamboyant style. Lovely silky mouth feel but still has some nice grip. Not over the top but very much fruit driven. Good long finish. Solid effort. Fits in with others in its price category. A little funk after some coaxing on the back end. Lovely and seemingly consistent in quality.
