(15/20) Very fresh wine, perfect summer rosé. Round and clean mouthfeel. Blend of 70% Black Aidani, 15% Malagouzia and 15% Monemvassia. The Monemvassia was added for the first time in 2023 and gives the wine a bit paler pink colour. Medium+ intense aromas of white blossom, green apple, white grapefruit, lemon, strawberry, wet stone, sea salt. Dry wine, high acidity, light body, medium+ flavour intensity, medium+ length finish. 12,5% ABV - Tasted @ Winery
