Salicutti, Rosso di Montalcino

From glass. Happy, earthy, red-fruited perfume. Some ripeness and sweetness, but backing astringency and dusky tannins. Somehow had the feeling that I was having this glass at optimal laboratory conditions of temperature, glass, aeration, etc., and that if I were to take a bottle of this home it might fall apart, in particular the nose and palate might turn corny/grainy. But the glass I had was great. Also liked that it was neither heavy nor thin - true medium body.
