Complex nose of brioche, toast, ripe green apples and lemon mousse. Light bodied with bright acidity. Very strong apple flavours as well as nutty, toasty notes with a very long, mouth watering finish. I loved this champagne.

Excellent, old-school three-varietal blend. Very yeasty with a refreshing apple acidity. I stocked up. A bargain at $44.95 in Ontario. Has sold fast! My new go-to/house champagne.
