Impressive combination of sweet florals, candied citrus, and stony savor. Barely medium-bodied with direct, refreshing acidity and some phenolic grip on the finish. Crushable, but savory and gastronomic - fine.

Mooi!! Floraal, circus, fijne kruidigheid, jasmijn en groene appel. Klein vleugje meloen die voor een soort vetjes in de aroma's zorgt. In mond zacht maar ook met een geweldig frisheid. Lange afdronk. Een wijn met een perfecte balans.

Pale, silvery white gold; white flowers and ripe lemon on the nose, mineral freshness, lovely depth, hint of reducion; tight and fresh palate, lemon and steely acidity, hint of vanilla; very good resonance and length, subtle bitters. Lovely stuff.

Pintxos and antipasti spanish and italian textural whites (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street) : Sulphur prickle accompanies a little green apple and muted lime citrus notes, quite herbaceous in fact. On the palate there is an initial (and slightly surprising alcohol warmth, muted fruits are a reflection of the nose and there is a soft tannic burr. Meh.
