Henri Ehrhart Pinot Gris Grande Réserve

Complex Pinot Gris we got here. Florality of the elderflower and blossom as well as honeysuckle. Fruity with the regular citrus fruit and mango, pineapple, pear and apricot. A ripe and developing wine already, the palate has medium acidity and sweetness in the form of the fruit. Outstanding balance here, and a long finish.

Medium yellow bordering straw colored in the glass, touching off dry expression, ripe fruits lead with pear, melon, apricot, and wild flower honey notes on long finish. Very nice.

Bright straw. Thick in the glass. Off dry. Lovely nose of pears, white flowers and pineapple. Gorgeous balance.

Yellow gold; pears, melons, white raisins; off-dry, pear, grapefruit, slightly oily, light-medium body, crisp acidity, good balance, lingering finish. Refreshing, slick and slightly bitter with good structure and pedigree. Went well with curried chicken.
