PNP into 薄はり葡萄酒器 (“No” day): Deep orange and almost brownish. Caramel at its very best, faint hint of butterscotch. Sweet spices like cinnamon and gingerbread. Honeyed apricots and florals. Ultra high acidity and minerality, razor sharp focus. Highly persistent finish that goes on forever. Quite simply a 'wow' wine for me and my first experience of a proper aged eiswein. 95 points.
1991 vintage
