The Saddles East is a bolder style Pinot Noir. In a great place now. I will drink my remaining bottles this year. However, this could continue to drink well through 2019 or possibly 2020.

Nice depth, good fruit, drink up by 2018

I have a soft spot for Bruce and it may cloud my judgement. Regardless, I find his wines hit several good notes - good fruit, acid, tannins, finish. But I wonder if the notes could be better integrated into a whole tune. Bruce says this is the most fruity version of the Brickhill, and it shows - I thought the fruit became a bit overbearing by the end of the meal.
