2019 dg, unclear base. Butterscotch on the nose, mostly lemon on the palate. I'm thinking this may be a touch more advanced due to storage/cork, but still very delicious. Not the most complex, but hitting all the right notes.

Whilst clean, crisp and refreshing, bone dry which detracts from any weighting and depth on the palate.

Not bad but underwhelming. Maybe it’s okay for the price point but not a rebuy. Didnt seem to be in balance

I like this- nice subtle bitter dried cherry finish along with long note of minerals. Fuller bodied as well. Re-buy at right price

Had a couple of times recently, once it seemed better and one a little more Floral, berry nose. strawberry, some citrus, minerals. Very vinous bottle of bubbles, would like a little more toast. 3

(02/22 dég.) Pale straw, abundant effervescence. Bready and yeasty aromas; bright mineral and lemony, citrus flavors. The combination is very appealing. A touch of lemon pith on the finish, perhaps? Enjoyed this.

Really expressive nose: mandarin, roses and raspberries galore. Bubbles on the palate are quite frothy. Lovely croissant comes with the raspberry and mandarin on the palate which finished on crunchy conference pears. Bought from the list at Camille, Borough (Rescored to 90)

Straw color. Maybe a subtle note of thyme on the nose. Fantastic assertive but still elegant bubbles. Very dry of course, but the vibrant citrus leads you on a satisfying mineral (limestone?) journey. Great aperitif or would be a treasure with briny oysters on the half shell.

Japanese New Year dinner. Chalky, lean, elegant, restrained, bracing acidity. Really lovely with Japanese food - great pairing for chirashi, herring roe, and anything with dashi, kombu, and bonito flakes.

Bottle with dessert to welcome in the New Year. I liked this Champers a lot. Pale rose color; good bubbles and froth. Nose of biscuits, roses, raspberries and quartz. In the mouth: raspberries, the biscuits and some steely minerality on the finish. It was a great match with chocolate cake as the year turned.

I love how fresh this still almost six years after disgorgement (d.02/2020). It's started to develop some autolytic notes but the chalkiness still screams Chardonnay. Nice comparison with the Agrapart Terroirs from the same vintage base and disgorgement.

What a lovely wine! Rose with a pale pink color. Lots of fruit on the nose - strawberry, earth tones, truffle. This wine has a wonderful cherry, strawberry flavor with enough tartness to tantalize the taste buds. Very nice finish. I do like this champagne.

Disgorged January 2020. Damn, this bottle was good tonight after some breathing time. It fleshed out and expanded from a tight albeit aromatic youngish champ to a really singular chalky brioche substantial autolytic palate with what I thought to be almond paste hazelnut creaminess.
