Casual theme : Guessed ‘09 St Aubin. Dark yellow and a little cloudy in appearance. Was wondering if this could be Chenin but the Chardonnay nose emerged as the wine warmed up. Classic, old-school white burgundy from a warmer vintage; buttery texture with slightly honeyed, tropical fruit.
