A private lunch (Restaurant Noble *, Den Bosch, NL) : Light, succulent, silky, lovely typicity, peach and hay, honey and raspberry, mineral freshness, field flowers, good length. Delightful.

Direct press rose, 2 three hours, Grenache Gris, Cinsault and a touch of Carignan. Wanting to keep the best freshness it can. The vineyards are organic? I think I just heard. Strawberry clear freshness. Why not. A touch thick. THey are searching for freshness in the wine and so am I. And they are looking to get that from the terroir. And they got a nitrogen thingy in the cellar.
