A blend of Chardonnay, Malvasia Istrana, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc, fermented on the skins and aged for 14 months in large wooden casks. 14% ABV. Intense golden yellow color. Complex, rather apple-driven nose with aromas of orange-driven citrus fruits, some cidery apple juice aromas and light oxidative nutty hints with a delicate streak of honey.
