A ripe and silky Chablis, aged for 10 months in 75% stainless steel and 25% oak barrels. Pale yellow golden colour. Ripe and subtle fruity aroma of apricots, peaches, stone, yellow plums, hint of lemon peel. Palate is round and soft with slightly oily texture, zesty and saline touches, medium light acidity.
