The Bruery Bakery: Coconut Macaroons

Shared with a buddy that was looking to try it. With the benefit of one can already consumed, I think I went into this with slightly lower expectations—and that ended up being a good thing! It's not a coconut bomb, but the presence is definitely there, and it delivers on all of the advertised flavors, with a body that's a touch thin but still pastry-appropriate. Tasty stuff!
