past its prime. Drink now. Disappointed with quality of the wine after these amount of years. Still a good wine, but expected to age longer. Acid still present, with slight nuances of green fruit. Body is now medium. Black current, black cherry, plum. On the nose oak, white pepper, and cherry.

Medium red. Very nice medium intense nose of blackberries, earth and black pepper. Delicious mid weight flavours of blackberry, charcoal and earth. deep dry finish with a fair bit of acid. One of the best wines from BC.

Best bottle yet. This one was bought from the winery. There is a freshness that BCLDB bottles haven't had. Quite intense purple fruit with a scorched earthiness. Delicious flavours and very acidic finish. I had not noted the acid quite so much in previous bottles. Almost to the IPOB level.

Darkish red. Very tight at first then opens up with lots of blue and red fruit. A bit earthy. Elegant and worth aging.

Medium, bright red. The nose is very tight. It's all there though. Needs time. Dry tannic finish. Needs time. Old world style Syrah.
