Gamay of a single plot called "La Madone" of 0.5 hectares of old vineyards (60-90 years old) planted on steep slopes of pink granite soils, located at an altitude of 400 m. Carbonic maceration, fermented in concrete with indigenous yeasts and aging for 12 months in a foudre. Red and black fruit, floral, fresh, mineral, fruity, balanced, earthy, sweet and long. Cheers!!!

Second of the Chamonard wines I've had. While I found the Morgon better on the second night, this was effortlessly drinkable on the first night. Fragrant and great zest. Highly enjoyable.

Super beau BOJO encore une fois, constante à travers les millésimes cette Madone! C`est frais, digeste et souple. Des fraises et des cerises avec du poivre. Tannins super fins et finales assez longue et coulante. Le tout en équilibre parfait. EXCELLENT.

No formal notes. Wild berries, orange-like acidity, forest floor, rhubarb, dusty minerality and stones. Very drinkable. Feels balanced and in a great phase right now.

Red berries, on the darker side. Wild strawberries and raspberries, clean and soft. Modest and round acidity, various fresh herbs and crushed stones. Smooth and easy, and very pure. Fine almost invisible tannins, easy drinking.
