{screwcap, A$20} There is a little sauvignon pungency to this, but mostly it's the grassiness of semillon which dominates the flavours. It's light-bodied, and the little bit of sugar certainly adds to palate weight and gives an off-dry character. With a sweet lime character too. Needs to be chilled. A little bit short on the finish.

Hunter Valley - 4 Cellar Doors (Hunter Valley) : {screwcap, 8%, $21} Ferment stopped with some 35g/l of RS remaining. Muted nose, a touch of sugar. Bottle opened a while – has lost a little freshness. More generous than off-dry, but not an entirely convincing style for me.

Vinosphere Tasting : Spice and lemon. Medium bodied palate. Early drinking well style but not really any excitement for me.
