Nice sangio blend, holding up well. And it's hanging on several days after opening too. Very good QPR.

Another good bottle, that seemed better as a sipper than the last one. And it's holding up well over several days, vacu-vinned and chilled overnight, so it may be good for a few more years.

This was much better with food (sausage with an egg and pepper omelette and fried potatoes) than it was as a sipper. But for the price, a very good daily dinner accompaniment.

Not sure what changed but really enjoyed this bottle more than the one I had last year. Some nice cherry and strawberry notes on the palate without being overly fruity. Still needed about 30+ minutes to open up but very enjoyable once it did.

color: light garnet/ruby nose: cherry, leather, hints of mint and menthol. medium bodied with plenty of acidity. French oak notes are present and is more elegant than powerful. pleasant.

86/100 COLOR: 5/5 - Solid maroon color, having the appearance of a lighter bodied wine. NOSE: 11/15 - Nose had some good punch right out of the bottle, but this blew off within an hour. What was initially pruney & cola-ish has turned around and taken on more watermelon and apple aromas with blackberry and vanilla. FLAVOR: 8/10 - Good expansion across the palate, but there are some issues with balance. Flavors of blackberry, cocoa, and vanilla aren't supported by …

for the price, I thought this was very good. not the most complex wine, but a good solid everyday red.

Berry fruity. A medium bodied wine that went well with pasta.

No detailed notes but seeing as I have several more bottles to sit on for awhile, I had to try it. A bit thinner than I expected for a super Tuscan but pretty enjoyable for a $10 wine. Nice sour cherry nose and taste. Didn't really evolve much as I drank it over the course of the evening.

Fruity and medium bodied, I enjoyed this wine a lot. When it first opened it was all cab, but as it breathed the sangiovese came out in both the nose and flavors. The Cab franc gave it that clovey bell pepper in the background. Very super-Tuscan in style. For the $10 woot investment, 88 points is appropriate.

Tight nose, cherries mid palate and plums on the short finish. A good drinker reasonable qpr for $15
