We enjoyed this bottle quite a bit. Pour dark with plums and other dark fruit on the nose and palate. I didn't know we were having a curried dish so the heat of the food brought out a little more 'heat' of the wine, but it still provided some 'earth' to the dish.

For the price, this is a solid effort. Although somewhat muted, it does drink easy before and after a meal. I had it with some left over pepperoni pizza and it did the trick. There's some earth and the balance is good.
