Ktima Ligas Kydonitsa Amphora

Medium orange. Complex nose with ripe stone fruit like apricot and quince, almond oil, kumquat too with earthy nuances. Light on its feet for an orange, saline with touches of tannins, I would prefer some more depth at the back end, good acidity. Lovely fruit at the end. A wine with 0 sulphites, matured in amphora from one of the few producers which cultivate this lovely varietal, which is Kydonitsa. Very good wine. Some aeration is recommended. 91+
