Ero curioso di capirne l’evoluzione dopo gli anni di bottiglia: il naso resta intenso e maturo di frutta tropicale fresca, ma la nota minerale risulta più evidente, e si intreccia con quelle floreali (rosa, gelsomino) e con i litchees maturi, il mango, l’albicocca, la pesca bianca. Al palato decisamente meno grasso e meno caldo di come ricordavo, tutto sommato più bilanciato. Buon finale. Piena maturità.

Not impressive color in the glass. Opulent nose of jasmine, rose, white and tropical fruit. A hint of mineral. At palate sweet and round blinking at the Alsatians more than at the Sud Tirol style. Medium long finish
