Very special smell of the flowers from Sambucus nigra- and Lime-shell. It is very refreshing with good acidity, and keeps the way in the glas fore a long time. Giving even more afte warming up. Its like it winn with som oxidising. A very new and intresting experiense. Match with fat and greavy fish. (Roasted ore grilled)

Temjanika is a local grape variety, related to Muscat de frontignac. The wine has quite a rich, floral, delicately scented Muscat nose. It feels just off dry on the attack, but there is some acidity too, which keeps it fresh and dry on the finish. Really rather attractive and interesting.
