Brought to drink at Oinoscent during service Juicy, nutty, welcoming, overripe tin apricot, high acidity, ncie texture, long finish. It kind of lacking depth of fruit in the mid palate (if you want to be overly clinical), but it was fun to drink. It could also be that it wasn't meant to age this long.

Indice 2/sec The wine shows deep honey color The wine shows medium intensity, orange tropical notes, mango, nectarine, peach, syrup/honey notes, sweet spice notes, a thin nutty layer. In the palate, the wine shows density, med/high acidity, honey, tropical fruit marmalade, medium finish with a few oxidative notes.

Ripe, rich and full bodied. Savennieres style of Chenin. Very nice.

Nez fin et délicat sur l'abricot, la citronnelle, le miel et ... un petit côté vert... je pense que cela doit être mon ressenti suite aux Vieilles Vignes Eparses 2005 qui avaient pris un côté franchement herbacé à l'évolution, honteux pour un vin censé être de garde. Un vin qui a mal tourné et dont le fantôme a pu hanter la dégustation de ce 2007. Le vin est globalement fermé. En bouche il y a du gras mais les saveurs …

Game dinner with a very large group (@ TM) : Elegant bouquet with minerals. Still very fresh. Apples. Concentrated and nicely dry.

Très bon vin, intense, bonne concentration, un peu en retrait sur le plan aromatique pour le moment, mais beau potentiel. 16.5/20
