From magnum, double decanted 4 hrs in advance. Tannins melted, with warm autumn feel, dried tomatoes and red berries, sweet spices, silky and enjoyable. 13.5%

From a magnum, double decanted and ready within 30min. Smooth and silky, very well represents both varieties. Wild and spicy with a little bit roughness in the flavour profile not texture-wise. If someone asks me, what Bulgarian wine is like, I would go with this one.

Spicy nose, with nice dark plums characters. Good elegant structure with obvious silky tannins. Good balanced acidity and a long spicy finish. Very surprising!
