Bodega Pablo Fallabrino Soul Surfer

Interesting wine made using the 'Methode Ancestrale', the oldest way of producing sparkling wine. Unflitered with no adulteration. 50% Gewurtztraminer, 30% Chardonnay, 10% Moscato Bianco. Pale yellow but cloudy with a heavy deposit. Slightly petillant with citrus flavours, pear, and a flowery fragrance. An attractive, bready, yeasty character from lees ageing.
