Pours a ruby red with a finger of tight mousse and a steady stream of tiny bubbles rising with persistence. Aromas are dried cherry, citrus peel, rose hips and a touch of soft summer berry fruit and toasted bread. Palate follows the nose nicely. Crisp clean and focused, not a ton of complexity but a good offering for sub $20 rosato bubbles.

Paired with paella. Fine mousse, fresh fruit, dry, and a great value.

Lots of biggish bubbles. Dark rose (pretty). Nose reticent strawberry. Clean on the palate - goes right down with not a lot of anything but bubbles. Then lingering berry finish whish was quite nice. Interesting. Turned out to be quite liked at cocktails. Goes down easy.

BTG restaurant purchase. Surprisingly good with a frothy head, very tiny bubbles and aromas and flavors of juicy strawberries, and sweet raspberries, along with a nice mineral backbone. Very dry as advertised. Maybe a bit simple and straightforward, but it definitely hit the spot on a hot summer day.

So so. Nose is nice but palate is pretty disappointing.

Quite dark for a bubbly rose'. Bright ruby red, nice shimmer with a jubulent mousse and persistent bead. Light aromas of hydrangea, strawberries, and honeydew. Working with the sweet bouquet is a pleasantly dry palate. Vibrant and rich, while not the slightest bit candied. Not really going to interest wine geeks like us, but very enjoyable and would have great mass appeal, if it were available. 5+12+15+7= 89

I had two bottles of this, opening the first last Labor Day for a yard party. Strawberry color and nose, lots of foaming on the pour. No one, including me liked this. This bottle proved no different, and I really wanted to enjoy this on a beautiful evening in the NW. For me, cava / sparkling is more of a pre-meal drink, although you might be having appetizers. There was nothing appealing about this; it is dry without a hint …

Beautifulcolor. "Looks" sweet but actually quite dry, clean and reasonably tasty sparkler.

Someone brought the bottle for dinner and we did not get around to opening it. I opened it a week later with no expectations (or knowledge about what is was). Color: A very dark rose. Nose: dried flowers, some rich red fruit and orange. Palate: Broad across the palate with tangy oranges and red berries. Wonderful juice.

Cherry red color with a frothy mousse showing tiny dispersed bubbles with yeast and red fruit aromas. On the palate, it's dry owing to zero dosage (no added sugar) with fresh cherry, raspberry, and a hint of mineral flavors. A blend of Trepat and Garnacha, with ten months ageing on the lees. Super Value at $12!

A bubbly drink with lanugid bubbles... tangy red berries and citrus. Yumm!

A rustic bubbly rose, if ever I saw one. Almost savory, dense and not light. A great match for meatier fare.

A very foamy bottle, this came spilling out when I popped the cork. Deep magenta color in the glass. Very pretty nose of light red berry fruit, with some nice herbal notes adding freshness. On the palate this is extremely dry, with the fruit flavors veering more into dark citrusy grapefruit flavors, backed by a powerfully intense acidity that adds intensity to the flavors. Then the suprisingly lengthy finish ends cleanly up on a lovely sweeter spice note, with the …
