Definitely a mixed bag. I would have rated 85 on PNP. This bottle started off with almost a slight fizz to it - prickly on the top of the tongue. However, fortunately, after 30 minutes in the glass it resolved and rounded out into a nice typical Barbera d’Alba.

Needs a little time after opening to resolve. Nice and round in the mouth. Light acidity. Big cherry and blackberry.
