An interesting gin as it has been aged in bourbon barrels. Light amber hue, lots of viscosity Fresh, cucumber hints, juniper notes are subtle, lavender, fox glove The bourbon is really evident, with the classic gin hints coming after the first taste dissipates. Longish finish. Medium belly burn, although one can really 'feel' the alcohol behind the eyes. I get some cucumber, and the same notes that i got off the nose, but very subtle.
