Appearance: Clear, dark purple, no oxidation around the rim Nose: Medium + to Intense nose. Black fruit jumped out mixed with berry and violet notes. Possibly a hint of oak from used barrels. Palate: Medium + body with a smooth mouthfeel, balanced with good 'grippiness' from young tannins and acid. Upon opening the fruit just sang - black currant, blueberry and black cherry with a real freshness. Notes of violet and red licorice on the back of the palate. Delightful …
