Good stuff for its level. Apples, honey-dew melon, vanilla, a touch of bitter grapefruit. Medium lenght.

Light golden yellow, fresh nose, lovely tropical fruits and hints of peach. Taste with marked acidity and lots of minerals. Not so full but fine balance. Great to oysters and other seefood as well as lighter fish dishes.

Good balance between energetic acids and generous, slightly fatty fruit. Lacking a bit of depth and detail and at times show a slight grapefruit bitterness. Still quite nice and very good value.

WSET Level 3 Award for Wine Course; 8/7/2017-8/11/2017 (West London Wine School) : great way to end off Day 1 of the course! pale lemon, peachy and tropical, a blast of honeysuckle, creamy, nutty and toasty; has all the notes we expect of a complex white, yet these contrasting notes could balance out each other so well! that is how a fine Macon should be made :)
