I am not a big fan of prosecco, but this is well above average as it should be being a Rive. It is considerably more sophisticated.

Bright golden robe. Profuse perlage. Luxurious mousse. Golden apple, sultana, slight rusk nose. Saline, citron, bright acid bouche. Vivacious, vibrant, vibrant. A glorious wine. Tastes of crisp, sunny hillsides.

PSR. PPP. Luxe mousse. White florL, herbal, lemon curd.

Nice, soft mousse. It is persistent but so delicate that you hardly notice it. On the nose, there are lemon, lime, bruised apple, and white blossom. Nice minerality, too: river rocks. Maybe a little butyric acid. Medium dry on the palate with medium+ acidity, so good balance altogether. There are white blossoms and pear. The finish is medium+ and nice. 8/18

Higher quality Prosecco, still having typicity of the style. Enjoyable.

Light straw color, pleasant yeasty and citrus nose, a finish that evaporates leaving you anxious for the next sip. a delightful aperitif.

The first single vineyard in Prosecco done in '33 apparently. And actually this is the 2021 vineyard.

Popped and poured. The 2021 “Vigneto Giardino” is a fun Prosecco with a dissipating mousse of moderately sized bubbles. White peach, white flowers, lime, lime blossom and almonds. The finish is surprisingly longer than expected with decent acidity and a healthy dosage. Overall balanced with an impression of freshness and whimsy. A crowd pleasing

Very fine but not opulent mouse. Rare bubbles stay for some time. Surprisingly, not very fragrant on the nose. However, there are lime, grapefruit, pineapple, red apple, and jasmine. Very nice touch of almonds. On the palate it’s quite noticeable sweet with medium acidity. However, it stands up to food well. There is more apple and sweet lemon candy. The finish is quite short. 8/18

Love this Prosecco, it has the quintessential light body and a hint of sweetness, but with enough acidity and far more complex floral aromas than most bottles. Great drinking on a summer weeknight

I have tried several Adami Proseccos now and, at least in my opinion, they more than deserve their status as one of the top producers of high-quality Prosecco. Pale straw, starbright, and fine beads. White floral aromas, and bright citrus fruits. Mouthwatering acids, with a somewhat light body, and fairly ripe melon and apricot flavours, as well as lime, menthol, and a slight savoury briny touch. Fairly long finish

Light yellow color. Spritely and fresh on the nose, with lemons, green apples, floral perfume, chalk dust. Plush texture with crisp acidity, pleasantly plump but focused, too. Yellow and green apples with limes, kiwi. The clarity and focus in this Prosecco is really quite nice. I get minerals, talc, crushed shells, minerals, balanced sugarcane tones. A complex, pure expression of Valdobbiadene.

Très différend de ce qu'on s'attend d'un Prosecco. Tout d'abord, la bulle est très fine, voir pratiquement absente. Ensuite, on se retrouve sur des notes dominantes de pain grillé et de sésame suivi d'une pointe minérale en finale. À mon avis il y a un petit manque de fraîcheur et trop de sucre risiduel (+-17g.). En gros, ce n'est pas infecte, mais ce n'est pas ce que je cherche.

A typical light-straw colour, a light and rapidly dissipating mousse. Fresh and a little appley and sweet on the nose. On the palate the inital hit is of those apples and it's slightly sweeter than I expected, but that's followed by some cleansing tartness. The finish is quite long for a prosecco. Bouquet of honeycomb, spring flowers, citrus, prickly pear, quince, carambola, and chalk. Initial suggestion of 'sweetness' though turning quite dry. Inflection-changing and precise.

Prosecco, but worthwhile. Pale green and round. Delightful. Orchard fruits and minty with a soft sweetness.

Asciutto - ‘Dry in a pleasant way.’ Some cream and almond notes to the nose. Lots of soft frothiness. White fruited tree fruit, quince palate.

Nose: Clean, with medium intensity aromas of green fruit of apple, stone fruit of peach, floral notes of acacia and lavender, kernel notes of walnut, autolytic notes of yeast, reductive notes of sherry. Simple et générique, pas beaucoup de bulles, court et mince.

Riva is the word for the Grand Cru Vineyards. The "many hills" on the prscursors to the Alps. Strong pronounced white flower characteristics, Powerful stuff here, serious prosecco indeed.

Excellent prosecco. An exact match of the last one I had a bit over 3 months ago. Crisp mouthwatering acidity, very full mousse, good crisp apple and citrus. Highly recommended.
