Semifinals in "DM i blindsmagning" (danish championship in blind tasting) (Dollerupvej) : Tasted blind Color was very purple, but still see-through. Nose and palate matched with Syrah, and we found some stewed fruits, so we went with Shiraz from Australia. Absolute blank. Why is a Cabernet Sauvignon purple? 0 points.
