Reustle Trinity Cuvee Speciale Prayer Rock Vineyards

Tasting again now a decade from harvest, and five years outside of the winery's optimum tasting window. The slight bitterness that was present two years ago is now gone. This is a great sipper and takes on the characteristic of a classic Bordeaux blend (even though there's pinot likely in the blend). Only one more left in the cellar.

Decant to remove sharp notes. Pairs well with red meats, dry and fatty cheeses.
