Great to be back to my beloved producer and one of the finest Semillons I’ve ever tasted. Wine was aged in century old oak barrels, not fined, nor filtered, not sulfited, 4 barrels made. Deep golden colour, amber hue. Intense aroma of honeyed acacia, candied quince, wax, dried peaches and yellow plums, dried orange peel, caramel hints.
