100% late harvested Verduzzo, the grapes are dried for 8 weeks before crush. Aged in Allier oak barriques for at least 12 months. 12,5% alcohol, 162 g/l residual sugar. Moderately deep bronze color. Somewhat restrained but also very rich nose with aromas of syrupy molasses, vanilla, sweet toasty oak spice, a little bit of butterscotch and a hint of honeyed sweetness.
